Who is responsible for your data

tamroi.co is run by the TAMROI team. For anything about your personal data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store: the e-mail or LINE ID you enter, the city you pick, the page language, how you found us (for example an ad link) and the date and time you gave consent.

We do not collect your name, phone number or payment details.

To stop spam, the system looks at your IP address briefly in memory and does not save it to the database.

How we use it

To tell you when the first venues open for booking, send launch discount codes and TAMROI news, at most twice a month.

To see which cities people want and where they come from, so we can plan the launch.

We rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees your data

We do not sell your data or give it to venues or other companies for advertising.

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in Bangkok and passes through Cloudflare for site security and speed. These providers only process it on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, and no longer than 12 months after bookings open. Then we delete it.

Cookies

We use one cookie (tamroi_lang) to remember your language. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, and withdraw consent or object to its use at any time.

Send requests to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Changes

When bookings or LINE sign-in launch, we will update this policy and tell you before collecting anything new.
